Special note: Dial code SW1-SW6 is the code selection for multiplexing function

 

When the DIP SW1-SW6 is OFF, the driver adapts to Beckoff, Omron (can automatically scan the matched address Omron model), TRIO (can automatically scan the matched address Omron model),INOVANCE,ADVANTECH, ADLINK, KEYENCE (can automatically scan the matched address Omron model number),LNC,ZMotion, Xinje, Panasonic,ADTECH, etc. The master station is required to automatically scan the PLC or controller that adapts to the slave station address, The master station has the function of automatically scanning and matching the address, and no dial code is needed to set the address. When only one bit of DIP SW1-SW6 is ON, the driver adapts to OMRON (OMRON model with address set by DIP only), Cui'o (Cui'o model with address set by DIP only) and other master stations. Such master stations need to set the driver address by hardware (such as DIP or upper computer). SW1-SW6 will set the driver address by referring to the following address table:

When SW7 is set to on, it can be set to the required filtering time through ECAT, with a maximum value of 25.6ms and a resolution of 0.1ms. The larger the filtering time is, the better the acceleration and high-speed performance is, but the interpolation effect becomes worse.

SW9 dial switch can be used to set the driver to test whether the driver and the motor are in good condition; off means the driver is in standard working state; On means that as long as the driver can establish communication with the master station, the motor can rotate forward/reverse for one circle and operate repeatedly. The function of powering on the driver is only effective after the dial code is set.

When SW12 is set to off, the percentage of closed loop holding current can be set via ECAT, with a maximum value of 100% and a resolution of 1%. If it is set to 50%, the starting current of the motor given by the driver is 4A (peak), the maximum current is 8A (peak) and the overload current is 9A (peak).
